A design that is new and unique can be protected as a registered design. This gives the owner the exclusive right to use the aesthetic composition (design, colour, shape) of an object or a surface (e.g., a fabric or wallpaper pattern).

In addition to national and international design rights, there is the community design as a uniform and inexpensive property right for all countries of the European Union.

We support you in the registration, enforcement and defence of national and international designs.
